As a Manager, you will lead a team of Consultants, Analysts, and Solution Architects, reporting to the Director of Analytics Services. You will manage talent, improve our customer relationships, and scale the level of service provided to clients. This role is for those who are passionate about exceptional customer experiences and seek to empower others.
Responsible for managing a Professional Services team focused on delivering Data Analytics services, achieving project goals while ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and growth.
Collaborate with partners, peers, and sales to document and deliver customer requirements and packaged offerings.
Ensures that the team has the training and support that they need to deliver high quality services to our customers.
Collaborate with peers in the PMO for resource planning and allocations.
Serve as an escalation for customer issues
Conduct performance management evaluations of team in accordance with the Divisional Performance Factors (performance evaluations, discipline, hiring/firing, compensation) and timelines
Develop training and assessment plans to educate team on their respective product and services suites as well as personal growth plans.
Experience creating and delivering Data Analytics services preferred.
Experience in gathering business requirements and translating into a service deliverable.
Tableau or other Visual Analytics tool experience a plus.
Leadership skills managing a team of professionals delivering professional services.
Demonstrated ability to develop and motivate high-performing and diverse teams.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint and Excel.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
3+ years’ experience in a management position leading Professional Services co-located teams.
Experience in Professional Services delivery, Data Analytics, Tableau, and/or other visual analytics tools
Experience delivering Professional Services to external customers as part of a software, services or consulting company is a plus
Experience at defining, implementing, and continually improving standard processes and procedures utilizing industry best practice.
Experience in successfully working within a matrix organization structure.
Bachelor’s degree - Business or Technology or equivalent experience
