VP, Account Directoris responsible for the day to day running of a highly visible and important agency client, which includes financial processes and profitability while proactively managing and developing team members. The VP, Account Director is expected to be a strategic client contact and advisor, with visible ongoing engagement.Key Responsibilities· Candidate must have solid HCP experience
· Experience in cardiology and disease education is a plus, but not required
· Excellent understanding of innovative digital tactics and omnichannel marketing plans
· Proactive and action oriented. Great multitasker
· Ability to quickly pivot and motivate the team to adopt to changing client direction and processes

· 5+ years of experience managing others
