Synthesis Architects is seeking a Construction Administrator. We are an award-winning design firm providing architecture for Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Automotive, and Government clients.
Candidates will possess the following qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial project Construction Administration
Job duties, in collaboration with project leadership:
Represent the firm at the Job Site
Resolve issues in the field
Review construction documents prior to bid
Respond to RFI’s and Review Submittals
Prepare of field reports and Punchlists
Process payment applications and change orders
Project closeout
Hand sketch and/or REVIT drafting
Travel to construction sites (day and possible overnight)
