Work is largely directed and work is performed under close or general supervision.High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Good oral and written communication skills.Basic math skills.Ability to lift 40 lbs.Basic organizational skills.Basic computer literacy.Observe all safety and security requirementsOperate machines and/or other equipment for product processing, which may include any of the following: assembly, chemical additions, extrusion, and packaging functionsMay work with a variety of metals to melt and create castsFollow written procedures and work instructionsRead and interpret drawings, diagrams with assistance as neededComplete required documentation to track work, record scrap, and maintain the accuracy of completed parts and inventoryUphold the standards necessary to maintain our business certifications and to maintain good quality standards and practices associated with themSustain a steady work pace and follow a scheduleMay perform rework as neededWork with support tools, such as mics, guages and/or unique testing equipmentProduce quality product with minimal scrapAttend training as needed or assignedPerforms other duties as assigned.
