Auxiliary Services Corporation of SUNY Cortland is hiring for a camp supervisor/cook.
Season May-Oct and Jan & Feb
Qualifications:
High school diploma required
Three years experience in large scale institutional/restaurant cooking
Serv Safe a plus
Work independently and supervise two part-time employees
Strong understanding of safe food handling is required
Essential Functions of the Job:
Include but not limited to:
Food production, ordering, stocking, presentation.
Prepare meals for a variety of groups including SUNY Cortland students, corporate quests, college president and trustees
Simple buffet/family-style menu
This position will be part of a team that adds to the wonderful educational experience for all guest.
On-site room and board are available on the shore of pristine Raquette Lake during the season.
