Looking to fill Kitchen openings: Line Chef/Cook and dish/prep
Line positions do not open very often. If you have some experience or if you are a motivated culinary student looking to grow into the position this might be a good fit for you! Creative environment, max 4 days per week, Full time or part time. Looking for enthusiasm, dependability, passion, focus, ability to take and follow direction but in a kitchen that allows you flexibility and freedom to get your work done in whatever way fits your style . Knife skills and organizational ability are key. As a sole owned independent we can design the job(s) around the skills of the people we bring in.
Dish/Prep position: no experience needed, will train. Machine and hand dishwashing, peeling, breading, vegetable prep, assisting with banquets. Must be dependable, good communication skills.
Beardslee Castle has been open under the same ownership for 25 years. The kitchen serves 3 areas of the restaurant including main floor fine dining, bar & grill, banquets.
