A Substance Abuse Treatment Center in Utica is seeking a CASAC- T, CASAC or LMSW to provide assistance to individuals in need of chemical dependency services in their Residential Program.
Responsibilities:
- Interview and assess patients during intake process
-Recommend treatment/intervention regimens and level of care determinations
-Provide individual, group and family counseling to a caseload of approximately 15 individuals
-Records clinical observations in written and electronic records
-Incorporates information and recommendations from other provides into treatment/service plans and the overall approach to service provision.
Qualifications:
- LMSW, CASAC or CASAC T
- Ability to work as a part of the treatment team and independently
-Great communication skills
-Good work ethic and desire to make a difference in an individuals life
-Computer literate
Pay Rate: LMSW - $40,000-$46,000, CASAC-T with 2 yr. degree -$30,000 - $36,000, CASAC-T with 4 yr. degree $32,000- $38,000, CASAC with 4 yr. degree $34,000 - $40,000
Work Hours: M-F 8:30am 4pm
