Job Opening: Home Care Aide - HHA, PCA, or CNA (transition to HHA)
Branch: Utica, NY
Job Location(s): Utica NY, Clinton NY, Rome NY and surrounding areas
Status: Per Diem - up to 40 hours a week for those with the right availability
Needed For The Following Shifts: Day Shifts (various lengths), Overnight Shifts (12 Hours)

DUTIES: Responsible for providing personal care, and supportive services which includes, but is not limited to assisting the client in activities of daily living, planning and preparing meals, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. HHA may assist the client with medications which are ordinarily self-administered.
- Must be certified PCA, HHA, or CNA (expired PCA or HHA ok)
- Will transition CNA to HHA with a free one-day class

- Must be caring, dependable, & must meet health requirements
- Reliable vehicle & valid driver's license required
- Must be 18 or older
