Title: Recruiter
Will support High Volume Hiring /Class Fill Hiring for Consumer and Small Business Banking. The candidate is required to sit on site.
Independently manages the search and selection process for high volume/class fill hiring. Manages the full lifecycle of staffing processes; to include networking and pipelining. Engages and leverages business partners, such as Human Resource Managers, Hiring Managers, and Leadership Development to achieve results and deliver on Staffing plans. Individual contributor role with 3-5 years of recruiting experience.
Responsibilities:
Managing client and candidate relationships at the professional level
Full life-cycle staffing process management-
Able to effectively manage 35-60 openings at any one time
Effectively screen candidates/applicants to generate qualified applicant pipeline to present to hiring manager for interview process, facilitate interview debrief sessions and extend offers
Collaborate with hiring manager to solidify recruiting strategy
Recommend and create new sourcing ideas to improve applicant quality and flow; employing traditional sourcing strategies, social media strategy, impactful hiring event execution and various grass root efforts
Proactively address fulfillment gaps and forthcoming class hiring needs
Track candidate status, class fulfillment progress as well awareness if risk to fulfill by the start date is compromised
Continuous networking and pipelining to identify external applicant pool with the assistance of our business partners
Experience with time, task and priority management
Stay abreast of Finance industry, market conditions & market intelligence
Demonstrate diversity of thought, culture and background
Required skills:
3+ years' inside sales recruiting experience (nonexempt/ high volume/class fill)
Must also be able to operate under higher volume staffing conditions
Must have strong consultative search skills
Demonstrated experience identifying talent (e.g. social media, employee referral, market research, grass root efforts)
Able to successfully manage and coordinate recruiting events (end to end)
Ability and the desire to stay abreast of market conditions
Demonstrated ability to provide a fact-based and candid assessment of talent and make clear recommendations
Experience using innovative techniques to meet the staffing needs of the business while taking a broad perspective on strategic sourcing to meet workforce needs
Experienced selling the opportunity and managing salary negotiations from pre-qualifying to "close ".
Ability to work across the organization to achieve results, and has ideally worked in a large organization requiring interaction within multiple business units
Proven sourcing ability
Excellent oral and written communication skills
