Busy residential apartment complex in need of qualified Full Time Maintenance Technician. Duties include, but not limited to Painting, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, lifting, snow removal. Preparing apartments for rental and daily work orders are the main duties. Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm, with on-call rotation. Please submit resume and current contact information. MUST BE HIGHLY EXPERIENCED IN PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL to be considered. Must have valid drivers license and have transportation. Must be dependable, reliable, and responsible. This is an immediate position.
Also needed, temporary painter. This position may become permanent for right individual.
