We are currently looking for more sub-contractors in the following counties listed below in New York who have experience and the means to complete property preservation work orders for us on foreclosed vacant homes. We have been in this industry for over 11 years and our company is continuing to grow. We have a competitive price list and show our contractors the respect and cooperation they deserve.

Responsibilities for the position include but not limited too.
- Performing lock changes
- Debris removal
- Winterization
- Minor roof repairs
- Lawn maintenance
- General repairs
Requirements for the position
- Must have valid ID.
- Must be able to pass a background check-Aspen Grove ABC#.
- Must have workmans comp or DBA if sole proprietor.
- Must have GL insurance.
- Must have reliable Transportation.
- Must have smart phone or equivalent.
- Must provide own tools to complete jobs.
- Must provide own means to get jobs completed.
- Must be willing to communicate and follow instructions.
- Must be able to complete work orders in a timely manner.
