Local bar/restaurant looking to fill a full time manager position.
Duties to include:
-problem solving
-bookwork
-recruiting, training, supervision of staff
-ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
-promoting and marketing the business
-overseeing stock levels
-ordering supplies
-handling customer inquiries and complaints
-greeting and advising customers
-making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant
Experience preferred
Pay based on experience
