Well established, independent automotive repair shop is seeking a personable, friendly, outgoing, sales - oriented Customer Service / Service Adviser.

The successful candidate will have/be:
* Professional in appearance and demeanor
* Good communication skills - written and oral
* Excellent people skills both on the phone and in person
* Able to effectively communicate with team members and customers
* The ability to help the progress and flow of work through the shop and office
* Ability to understand overall profitability
* Computer proficiency including experience with MS Word and Excel
* Experience with Mitchell Manager and/or Identifix is a plus
* Clean Motor Vehicle Record
* Able to keyboard 40 works per minute
* Posses computer skills and ability to adapt to company systems
* Actively participate in training and retain and use those skills learned
* Ability to speak tactfully under pressure.
