Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
⢠Legal compliance including Affordable Care Act, I-9âs, Workers Compensation, OSHA,
Unemployment, Wage and Hour regulations, Wage Theft , DBL, FMLA, and PFL
⢠Recruiting and hiring functions
⢠Benefit administration
⢠Safety programs and training
Qualifications:
⢠BS degree and 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
⢠Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
⢠Strong understanding of legal compliance requirements
