Timeless Frames and Décor, an award winning manufacturing company located in the Thousand Island region of Northern New York, is seeking a Human Resource professional with strong interpersonal skills to manage our HR and Safety compliance programs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
⢠Legal compliance including Affordable Care Act, I-9's, Workers Compensation, OSHA,
unemployment, Wage and Hour regulations, Wage theft, DBL, FMLA, and PFL
⢠Recruiting and hiring functions
⢠Benefit administration
⢠Safety programs and training
Qualifications
⢠BS degree and 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
⢠Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
⢠Strong understanding of legal compliance requirements
