Office hours are 9AM to 4PM
A High School diploma or GED
Have a valid New York State driver's license.
Be in good health and able to climb ladders.
Have own transportation.
Be available to work over time and Saturdays, when required.
Must know ruler measurements and names of tools in a general toolbox.
Have knowledge of operating power and hand tools.
Be dependable, punctual, and a selfstarter.
Enjoy working with others and working outdoors.
Have good communication skills.
Welding, electrical and painting knowledge helpful.
