Join us on Monday, March 25th, 2019 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm in Watertown, NY for a focus group discussion on health and health care. Results will be used by the New York State Department of Health to develop educational messages for patients and health care consumers.
Focus group participants will receive a $50 gift card to Target for their time.
