Job Description
Bradley's is looking for Part Time Stock and Sales Associates to add to our winning team. With Exceptional Customer Service as our #1 Core Value we are looking for highly motivated, energetic, and friendly individuals. The Stock and Sales Associate positions' primary role is to assist customers. Main duties include ringing up sales, bagging items, requesting price checks, honoring coupons, collecting payment and giving appropriate change. Responsible for counting the contents of cash register drawer at the end of each shift, maintaining receipts, records and withdrawals. May be responsible for checking materials and supplies and reporting when stock is low. May also be responsible for creating labels and stocking items on the sales floor as well as assisting customers at the Point of Sale. All Positions include basic maintenance and assisting other departments as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide an Exceptional Customer Experience
Cashier and Counter Duties
Keep and Accurate Count of Cash in Register.
Greet Customers and Offer Assistance.
Issue Receipts, Refunds, Credits, or Change Due to Customers per Established Policies.
Help to Resolve Customer Concerns.
Maintain Clean and Orderly Area.
Price and Stock Inventory as needed.
Answers customer questions about available items in stock.
Uses inventory control software to log information.
Assists managers and associates in preventing theft and maintaining proper inventory.
Observes proper safety procedures particularly when lifting and moving heavy items.
Reports issues or problems to Stock manager or Manager on Duty
Provide Information on Procedures or Policies.
Compile and Maintain Reports and Forms as Required.
Additional Requirements
-Knowledge of Military Equipment and Clothing Helpful

Qualifications and Skills
Possesses physical strength necessary to unload, lift, and carry heavy boxes.
Exhibits strong organizational skills.
Is familiar with inventory software.
Pays close attention to detail.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Exhibits familiarity with the range of a companys products.
Works well with a team.
Communicates clearly and effectively.
Demonstrates ability to read and interpret invoices and packing slips.
Exhibits familiarity with proper safety procedures in the warehouse or stockroom.
Part-time regular 20-30 hours per week
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $11.10 /hour
