R.C. Congel boats is seeking a motivated salesperson to join us in a fast-paced, challenging work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and work as part of a team. You will be expected to greet and educate prospective customers and help them select their next boat or personal watercraft. A complete knowledge of the sales experience is needed, from the initial greeting of the customer, to the closing of a sale and the necessary financial documents to complete the sale.
