FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IMMEDIATE OPENING!

Indoor and outdoor maintenance of Conifer's beautiful new apartment communities at Wood Creek Apartments in Calcium, NY and The Ledges in Evans Mills, NY. Full-time, year-round position. Candidates must be skilled in drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical; HVAC experience strongly preferred. Minimum 2+ years prior experience, preferably in apartment maintenance. Position also responsible for grounds maintenance and snow removal. Must be able to adapt to changing work priorities. Strong customer service skills required. Able to manage costs with budgetary experience helpful. M-F days with 24 Hour on-call responsibilities as scheduled, including weekends. Background check and drug screen conducted.
