Full-time position available with excellent benefits in a busy physician- focused, non-profit organization in Asheville, NC.
Responsible for:
Bookkeeping for WCMS Association (501(c)(6)), Foundation (501(c)(3)) and Buncombe County Dental Society (501(c)(6))
Contract Management
Overseeing routine building maintenance
Support HR functions
Meeting logistics
Candidate must be emotionally intelligent, highly organized, self-directed, and efficient. Excellent communication skills are required. Must be able to manage multiple projects, multi-task, prioritize work in a fast-paced environment, work independently as well as part of a team, and be service-oriented.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
Two years of experience using QuickBooks.
Working knowledge of budgets and financial statements
Working knowledge of double entry and accrual/modified cash basis of accounting
Skills:
Highly proficient in: Quickbooks, Non-profit edition
MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
