Real Estate Management firm serving the Asheville area is seeking to fill a full time bookkeeping position. The position will provide financial, administrative and clerical support.
The desired candidate will be detail oriented, highly organized and possess excellent time management skills. Preference will be given to those with experience in QuickBooks and Excel. Experience preferred, but not required. Must be a team player!
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Other accounting duties as needed
-Provides administrative support to community managers as needed
-Managing incoming phone calls and general office email account
The hours for this full time position are Monday - Thursday 8:30-5:30, Friday 8:30-1:00.
2 weeks paid vacation, 1 week paid sick.
