Job Title: Finance Assistant / Bookkeeping Assistant
Position Goal: A dynamic and supportive role to the Spicewalla team with a strong focus in bookkeeping. Quickbooks Enterprise experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable - paying bills, receiving payments, recording deposits, etc.
Creating invoices from sales orders.
Entering sales receipts into Quickbooks from online orders.
Recording credit card charges from Expensify reports.
Reconciling checking and credit accounts.
Helping to maintain inventory within Quickbooks.
