Our locally-owned restaurant group has two full service restaurants and we are looking for talented managers in each location.

Helmed by 5-time James Beard Nominated Chef John Fleer, Rhubarb, Benne on Eagle, and our sister bakery/cafe, The Rhu are all located in the heart of downtown Asheville and focus on delivering authentic Appalachian ingredients in delicious ways.
We are looking for well-rounded individuals with a passion for providing hospitality in a fast-paced environment who work with integrity and heart. Commitment to high standards, solution-seeking, and delivering high quality food with impeccable service are chief among the qualities we look for.
Desired skills:
-2+ years in leadership/management
-Excellent communication
-Positive conversion of negative guest experience
-Computer literacy
-Stable job history
-Experience with Breadcrumb POS helpful
-Marketing/sales experience appreciated
