Successful candidates must display enthusiasm, good interpersonal skills, and a "Can-Do" attitude. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, work well with limited supervision, and demonstrate a high degree of initiative and follow through. Candidates must be able to lift 25 pounds and be on their feet for extended periods of time. Some Saturday's required. Duties include a variety of tasks, including interacting with customers, leasing, collecting rent, administrative reporting, cleaning units, picking up trash, inspecting and maintaining a clean property This opportunity is ideal for a friendly go-getter with a high level of drive and attention to detail.
