Our group has over 10 years experience of running award winning dispensaries on the West Coast and we want to pass that knowledge along to you. We are an up and coming new business in Asheville that is growing quickly, developing products, and expanding into industrial hemp production. We want to promote internally and would love to have you with us from the ground floor!
We understand that this growing industry presents a new opportunity for employment in North Carolina, and we do not want you be discouraged to apply if you do not have dispensary experience. We are building a diverse team with diverse backgrounds and we would love to hear what your experience can bring to the table. We will train you on specifics regarding industrial hemp.
Manager duties include:
-Opening/Closing store
-Inventory control, including inventory tracking and intake
-Develop an employee schedule/rotation
-Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers
-Creating an environment that is in line with Clover CBD's core values
-Fostering a healthy work environment for all staff
-Developing and implementing administrative systems
-Meeting vendors and quality control of products
Managers must have at least 2 years management experience in either retail, dispensaries, healthcare, or restaurants/bars.
We are also searching for friendly, knowledgeable Budtenders. You will be responsible for consulting with patients and promoting the values of Clover CBD. Other daily tasks include typical retail maintenance and duties.
Other skills that we are interested in that apply to both the Managers and Budtenders include social media/marketing, backgrounds in healthcare, accounting, leadership roles, customer service, horticulture/farming/gardening, holistic medicine, dispensary experience, medical marijuana knowledge, and experience with CBD.
