Chai Pani Restaurant Group is excited to be continuing to expand right here in Asheville! This fall, we are openings a new take-out rotisserie chicken restaurant. Recipes will feature Joyce Farms chicken, Spicewalla spices, and all the fresh and innovative flavors we're known for - in our new location inside the Grove Arcade.

Our restaurants have earned five James Beard nominations, a Zagat award, recipes published in Bon Appetit, Saveur, Food & Wine, write-ups in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Local Palate, The Huffington Post, Southern Living, USA Today, and on and on. We look forward to seeing Nani's in all of these publications as you, our team, help us create the energy and excitement for this awesome new concept.

We have chosen not to open for dine-in service at this time. As such, this position is responsible to provide mindblasting guest service through telephone and electronic interactions. All Chai Pani staff wear masks and gloves on every shift and our #1 priority is helping our team make the most money possible while ensuring absolute safety and sanitation.

Position Summary: This role takes on all guest interactions as the first point of contact to guide take out guests through the menu, answer questions, place their order, and enter orders from 3rd party delivery systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

Greet guests outside, verify their name

Find guests order inside, verify order is complete

Take payment and bring guests or delivery drivers the correct order

Follow all checklists thoroughly and help keep them up to date

Answer the phones in a timely manner while exhibiting mindblasting hospitality

Monitor tablets for 3rd party delivery orders

Enter orders without absolute accuracy

Collaborate with the team to maintain constant sanitation

Preserve and embrace company culture

Communication:

Provide ongoing feedback to FOH managers

Monthly all-staff meeting

Twice a year individual check-in with FOH Management

Pay is $7.25/hr PLUS TIPS

Average Hourly Pay After Tips is Approx. $15/hr
