Dan Gilbert Insurance is a growing independent agency in Western North Carolina. We are a well-established, full-service agency that has been in this region since 1958 with locations in Fletcher & Brevard, NC.
Need full-time & part time licensed property & casualty CSR-customer service and sales rep. Servicing and rounding out accounts. 40 hours per week full time, need experienced person that is honest, very familiar with computers, office equipment and excellent communication skills.
Experience with Erie, Travelers, Kemper, Auto-Owners, Safeco, Nationwide, Hartford a plus. A generous salary & commission position immediate start. Health, dental & life insurance. Medical reimbursement and educational benefit. Paid vacation, personal time off & holidays. $50K income potential

Responsibilities:
Service existing clients with policy endorsements, payments, reinstatements, renewal, answering customers' questions and solving concerns regarding their insurance policies in the office and by telephone.
Write new business from incoming requests and by developing leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish Customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

Job Experience/Qualifications:
Valid NC Property & Casualty license
2 years personal lines, property & casualty experience
Minimum High school education/ some college/college education preferred
Experience with AMS 360 management systems or other management systems
