We are searching for a self starting, motivated team player for a new apartment project in the Asheville, NC area. Our philosophy is that superintendents are the field leaders of projects who provide on-site field administration/supervision and technical management for all construction operations, including direct supervision of subcontractors, and other construction related personnel, directing them in planning, coordination and execution of work on time, within budget, attaining or exceeding profit goals, maintaining a safe work place, promoting and enhancing Client relationships and the Company image. They oversee the field operations to ensure they fulfill their respective critical roles in order to safely execute timely, profitable and quality work.
Multi family is experience is required.
Minimum of 7-10 years in charge of multi-family projects are preferred
