Experienced Architectural or PME draftsman including AutoCAD, File management, IT, printer set-up, and MS Office. Must be within 50 miles of Black Mountain and able to work in our office. I prefer to limit my information transformation to you to in person rather than email. OK to Email things to yourself for remote work, but you must meet with me to get info on a frequent basis. Your own Laptop would be an asset. Engineer's aide or HVAC service experience would be an asset because we do full service facilities engineering including TAB and commissioning plus forensic engineering analysis. This is a contract, as needed position, but we can offer some security after trial.
