We’re a growing real estate development based in Glenville, NC (Jackson County) looking for a solo, motivated, NC-licensed architect or architectural designer who understands high-end mountain home design and wants steady, ongoing work.
About Us:
We’re developing a large luxury mountain community and currently expanding our team. We prefer to work directly with an independent architect rather than a big firm—someone sharp, responsive, and hungry to grow with us.
What We’re Looking For:
NC-licensed architect or designer (required)
Ideally within a reasonable distance of Glenville, NC
Strong eye for high-end mountain/lodge/contemporary-rustic design
Comfortable working as an independent contractor on a monthly retainer
Able to handle concept design, site-responsive layouts, plan refinement, and coordination with our construction manager
Organized, fast turnarounds, no drama
