Black Bear Coffee Co., located in Hendersonville, is looking for energetic individuals who are skilled in the art of crafting a great espresso beverage and not just pressing a button. Excellent people skills and a passion for coffee are a must!
We are Hendersonville's premier coffee house located on Main. St for over 25 years. We have been serving our dedicated locals and tourists alike with locally roasted coffee and espresso drinks. With busy mornings and lunchs, we provide coffee drinks, food, and pastries to our guests, and are honored to have been voted 1st place for "Coffee and Sweets" in Hendersonville & Flatrock" by the Mountian Xpress 2018.
We are looking for:
Someone with a great personality!
At least 6 months of barista experience working on a manual espresso machine.
Passionate coffee enthusiasm conveyed through knowledgeable service.
Excellent customer service skills in a food service environment.
Must possess a strong work ethic, a cheerful and outgoing personality, a sincere desire to serve guests.
Organized and can multi-task, ability to remain calm under pressure
Thrive in a busy environment and walk and stand for a long period of time.
Knowledge of Clover POS is great but not necessary.
