Bartender -
We are seeking motivated, friendly, guest service oriented bartenders. Bartenders act as Nantahala Brewing craft beer ambassadors who are responsible for providing guests with a positive taproom experience and beer education. We are looking for reliable, hard working and creative people who are excited about providing an innovative craft beer experience. They will maintain a clean work space in accordance with company guidelines and local health department. They will keep accurate count of cash drawer throughout the night and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally. Last, but not least, Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes. Ideal candidates will have passion for food, craft beer and making customers happy in a fun and safe work environment.

-Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
-Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks as needed
-Assessing bar customersâ needs and preferences and making recommendations
Job brief
We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customersâ needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.
Responsibilities
-Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
-Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
-Assess customersâ needs and preferences and make recommendations
-Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
-Check customersâ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
-Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
-Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
-Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirements
-Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
-Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
-Computer literacy
-Knowledge of the beer industry is a plus
-Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
-Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
