Purpose:
The Dish station is responsible for cleaning all of the dishes, maintaining the dish area, and stocking all of the clean dishes, glasses and utensils. This includes, but is not limited to:
Makes sure dish machine is on, full of water and set to proper temperatures
Cleans and sanitizes all pots, pans, dishes, glasses and silverware
Make sure all stations are re-stocked appropriately and safely
Mops floors in restaurant daily
Keeps mop heads and cleaning utensils in good working order
Make sure each station is supplied with sanitation buckets and sanitizer
Communicates with other team members to make sure everybody is set up for a successful shift
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills required.
Must be able to be on feet for up to 8 hours at a time.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Compensation:
Hourly
Medical benefits (full time employees qualify with 90 days of employment).
