Elevations Restaurant at Skylaranna Hotel and Boutique Resort is currently seeking to fill positions on our Culinary Team:
Grill Master (Outside): You will be in a protected environment in charge of a master grill and smokehouse station. We serve only the highest of protein products, so you must understand everything about grilling them perfectly. Duties include preparing your station for service daily, cleaning and maintenance of your station and performing the requests required by the Executive Chef. Pay will be discussed at interview, but we are well above the industry average.
Prep / Dish / Utility: This position is the heart of the house. This person is what keeps the oil in the engine of the ship. You will be responsible for cleanliness of the operational back of house, walk in coolers, storage areas, and daily duties will include assisting the kitchen culinary with preparation of product, and completion of closing the kitchen daily. Pay TBD at interview for the right candidate. This is a 100% growth position.
