Shifts are between the hours of 6am-8pm so no late nights required. GMs can expect to work 50-55 hours per week.

Duties include:

Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by implementing organization policies and procedures

Provide exemplary service by enforcing quality and customer service standards

Interview and hire staff for your store location

Train new staff members

Supervise FOH and BOH staff

Perform opening and closing duties

Ensure security of company assets

Handle cash reconciliation

Cultivating a positive and productive work environment by leading by example

Create schedules that meet labor cost goals

Manage cost, revenue and prime goals

Requirements

Must have at least 3 years of restaurant management and culinary experience

. Natural food experience a plus.

Must be Manager ServSafe Certified (or the ability to get Certification quickly)

Exhibit Leadership and Foster Teamwork

Show Initiative and Demonstrate Adequate Communication Skills

Adept in using software programs like Excel and willingness to learn new software programs for scheduling and costing

Comfortable with Cash-Handling

Ability to work on your feet for six hours or more a day
