The Quality Inn East is actively seeking a reliable, experience Housekeeping Manager to lead our Housekeeping department.
This is a full-time position that earns an annual salary of $35k - $45k, depending on experience. Your Role
As the Housekeeping Manager, you would be responsible for keeping the department running smoothly, and ensuring that room cleanliness is kept up to hotel standards. Additionally (and equally as important) you will be responsible for making sure that your team's morale remains high and the work environment is a positive one, in which employees are properly trained, coached, and supported throughout their employment with us. This role involves tracking, scheduling, training, inspecting, inventory and ordering, as well as helping the team clean rooms if needed.
Qualifications
Experience in a similar role at a similar-sized property (100+ rooms)
Time management skills
Good communication skills
Basic math skills
Strong leadership skills
