Leo's Wine Bar is looking to hire all levels of experience to launch our kitchen team within the next few weeks.
Leo's will be opened by the founder and owner of The Admiral and The Bull and Beggar. Our intentions are to provide the same elevated style of service and hospitality as our already established operations in a casual and comfortable but formal neighborhood bar & garden setting.

We are excited to introduce a casual yet elevated food program missing from the Asheville culinary scene. Our pantry will be filled with farmhouse cheeses, NC caviars and cured fish, house ferments, and classic European bar snacks.
Our wine program will be united by small conscious wine makers, preferring low intervention techniques that practice organic farming. We will carry an esoteric selection of wines from all around the world and will celebrate all the differences and triumphs each one brings to us.
