Line Cook Job Description/requirements: Work with other Line Cook crew members in an open exhibition kitchen. Cooking, assembling, plating and executing outstanding dishes while maintaining a clean work environment. We are looking for individuals who are hard-working, self-motivated, and has a strong work ethic. The right applicant will be able to incorporate Speed, Efficiency and Cleanliness while having fun in a fast-paced environment. The position requires previous line experience. Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Dish Support Team Job Description/requirements: Be a part of a team that keeps the restaurant stocked and running smoothly. This is a very important position and you will be compensated accordingly. Pastry Prep Job Description: Execute dessert product preparations, quality control for desserts items and assisting pastry sous chef while maintaining health code standards.
