Boojum Brewing Taproom in downtown Waynesville is looking for upbeat and hard working team members to join our staff. Line cook and dish positions could be either lunch or dinner shifts (depending on weeks schedule). Full time or part time is available. Hourly pay will be based on experience. Kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
We are currently offering a $100 hiring bonus.
Line Cooks - $11-$14/hr.
Dishwashers - $10 - $13/hr.
Responsibilities will include;
-Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
-Prepare food for service
-Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
-Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
-Clean up station and take care of leftover food
-Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
-Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
-Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers
