Packs Tavern is hiring FOH - Servers, Hosts, and Server Assistants
Business is better than ever and we are looking for strong Servers, Hosts, and Server Assistants to join our team.
We are a local, family-owned restaurant in Downtown Asheville. We love locals and visitors alike and have a healthy following of both. This year looks like itll be our best yet and wed love for you to be a part of it.
Were large, have a pretty diverse menu, and we are very busy, so we need people who can hustle, help guests navigate all of our options, and know how to make others feel welcome and happy. We want to treat everyone like family, so were honest and supportive to all of our staff, and it is as important to us that we take care of our staff as it is that we take care of our guests. To that end, we have insurance available for full time employees, meal benefits, and a flexible schedule. We have high expectations and are looking for people that want to meet them, so we will expect you to be friendly, energetic, and punctual, even when youre tired, hungry, or just had iced tea spilled down the front of your shirt.
Youll need to be able to work weekends (including Sundays) and holidays, but as those days can be the busiest, they can also be the best to work. And while we do not require any experience, we certainly appreciate it. Come join our team and grow with us!
