Pack’s Tavern is hiring full time SERVERS and HOSTS/SERVER ASSISTANTS!
We are looking for strong Servers, Hosts, and Server Assistants to join our team.
We are a local, family-owned restaurant in Downtown Asheville. We love locals and visitors alike and have a healthy following of both. This year has been quite a challenge, but as we are allowed to re-open, we are getting back to providing some of the best food and service in Asheville and we’d love for you to be a part of it.
We’re a large restaurant with a pretty diverse menu, and usually very busy, so we need people who can hustle and know how to make others feel welcome and happy. We want everyone to feel like part of the family so we strive to take care of our staff just as much as we work to take care of our guests. We have insurance available for full-time employees, meal benefits, and a flexible schedule.
We have high expectations and are looking for people that want to meet them, so we will expect you to be friendly, energetic, and punctual, even when you’re tired, hungry, or just had iced tea spilled down the front of your shirt. We promote from within as much as we can, so any new host/SA that excels at their job will be given the opportunity to move up to a server within months of their hire date.
You’ll need to be able to work weekends (including Sundays) and holidays (like Thanksgiving), but as those days can be the busiest, they can also be the best to work. And while we do not require any experience, we certainly appreciate it. Come join our team and grow with us!
