Job Description:
Produce pastries, cookies and biscuits which are GF/V
Early morning hours
Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards
Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product based on a schedule created by the restaurant
Help with dish washing (this task is shared among all staff)
Other duties as requested
Requirements:
Must be able to work up to 30 hours a week with weekend availability
Must be able to work in a cold/warm environment
Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
Attention to detail, basic math functions
Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively
Able to do repetitive work, safely
Ability to maintain confidential company information in the strictest of confidence
Working Conditions and Environment: This position requires the employee to pay strict attention to the safety, environmental and health concerns of the employees. Strict adherence to corporate and plant policies, rules and regulations in these areas are required.
