We are looking for several summer &/or fall seasons only team members. We need candidates for Dining Room Servers, Dishwashers, Preps Cooks, Hot Food Cooks and Catering Servers. Areas of daily responsibilities will be in buffet style dining room, kitchen and full service catering banquets. Working at the Ridgecrest Conference Center Food Service department gives you the excellent opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality field in a Christian worplace.
Required Skills:
Excellent customer service and teamwork skills required.
Ability to interact with customers/guests and team in a positive manner.
Ability to work well with others in various positions
May be required to work on your feet for long periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds or more
Suggested Experience:
TRAINING AVAILABLE
Some previous hospitality, food service experience preferred but not required
