BARBACK/DINING ROOM ASSISTANT
CANDIDATE CAPABILITIES and ASSETS:
-Strong communication and listening skills
-The ability to find the next gear while remaining composed during peak work loads.
-An understanding and appreciation for the steps of proper service hospitality
-A base knowledge or high level of curiosity of culinary skill, wine and spirits knowledge.
