Visiting Angels of WNC located in Asheville is looking to hire a PRN/part time RN to join our team. We are a non-medical home care agency. The ideal candidate will preferably have experience working with a home care agency in a supervisory role and report to the agencys director. Main responsibilities include (but not limited to):
-Conducting orientation for new caregivers
-Visiting the clients in their home to develop and maintain plan of care per NC state regulations
-Conducting annual and ninety-day skills class for caregivers
-On-site evaluations of caregivers
-Overseeing the quality of care provided to the clients

Requirements:
-Valid drivers license
-Willingness to travel to clients' homes in Buncombe and surrounding counties
-Current RN license valid in North Carolina
-Minimum of two satisfactory professional references
-Minimum one year of nursing experience
-Preference given to candidates with geriatric experience
-Prefer supervisory experience
-Current negative TB test
-Ability to pass background check and drug screening
