Champion Eye Center is looking for a professional individual to help our growing needs. We are looking to add an ophthalmic Tech. to our dedicated team. You must be able to provide the utmost attention, care and privacy to the patients who entrust us with their eye care needs.
We are looking for an individual to assist patients in pretesting procedures. You should be comfortable performing Auto-refraction, NCT as well as obtaining patient medical history and visual acuity. Prior experience with Lipiscan imaging would be useful. Other job requirements would include performing special testing such as Visual Fields, Corneal Topography, OCT imaging and Retinal Photography. You would be required to provide patients with professional instruction on contact lens insertion, removal and the proper care of contact lenses. Other job responsibilities include assisting the doctors with any patient care needs that may arise. This position requires a compassionate person with good listening and communication skills. There is a sign-on bonus with this position.
