Full-time Human Resources Coordinator Position at Green Sage Cafe

Essential Job Functions:
* Develop Green Sage's team based on employee satisfaction, commitment to the brand, and wellness
* Field questions from all employees and address employee concerns
* Assist with Recruitment and Hiring Process
* Participate in recruitment and interview process
* Assist in the completion of new employee applications
* Ensure reference checks are completed, when required
* Maintain and update recruitment database (Bamboo)
* Process all employee data changes in a timely manner following all procedures
* Update hiring database records and process paperwork for new hires, terminations and other status changes
* Provide new hire orientations including an overview of Training, HR, Benefits, food standards, and Safety
* Assist in policy development around HR and Training
* Benefits administration
* Create employee communications including emails, flyers, and ads.
* Assist in the completion and processing of Accident Reports
* Reports directly to CEO
Education, Experience, and Skills:
* High School diploma or GED equivalent
* At least 1 year administrative/hiring experience
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with current employees, potential employees, and members of the management team
* Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
* Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
* Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
* Advanced computer skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to work independently
