Dishwashers are compensated at an hourly rate dependent on experience, plus a portion of the tip share. If tips are rough one day, don't worry about it. At the end of each week (that's right, we pay weekly!) we will run your total compensation and ensure that you are making at Least $17/hr take home pay. If you fall below that, we will add additional money to your check to bring you up to $17/hr. Recent payroll audits show most team members making well above this minimum guaranteed wage.
Position Summary: Backbone of day-to-day sanitation and organization of kitchen and FOH
Primary Responsibilities:
Wash all dirty dishes and return them to their proper place
Sweep and mop floors in FOH and BOH
Daily deep clean of all bathrooms
