As a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician you will perform cosmetic dent repairs by using trained techniques and various tools on small to midsize dent damage on the exterior of our clients' vehicles. This role will report to assigned routes and established accounts on a daily basis to service all repairs in a timely and effective manner. In this role your compensation is directly related to how hard you work. The more effort you put in, the more you'll earn.

Responsibilities and Duties

 Travel to client sites to perform paintless dent repairs (PDR)

 Establish and maintain customer relationships

 Complete reporting and invoicing daily through company provided technologies

 Effectively communicate with clients regarding current projects and upcoming needs identified via daily inventory reviews

 Partner with additional departments as applicable to ensure customer satisfaction

 Maintain company provided tools, and additional equipment per company standards

Required Qualifications

 High school diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED)

 Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license

 Able to lift up to 25 pounds

 Ability to sit, bend, squat, and hold various positions for long periods of time

 Successfully complete pre-employment drug and background screening

 Attend mandatory eight-week Technician Training in Charlotte, NC (lodging provided for out of state trainees)

Preferred Qualifications

 Post high school training and/or education

 At least one year of automotive reconditioning and/or detailing experience

 At least one year of customer service experience
